Six Senses, in collaboration with Dubai real estate developer Select Group, has announced the launch of their latest project, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, reported by Arabian Business.
Highlighted by Arabian Business, the 122-story development will stand at 517 meters tall, making it the world’s tallest residential tower on completion.
True to its wellness-centric philosophy, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will incorporate wellness infrastructure and amenities into its design ethos. The development aims to provide its residents with a holistic lifestyle experience, with a focus on sustainability, well-being, and happiness, as highlighted by Arabian Business.
From the insights of Arabian Business, the development will comprise 251 residences, ranging from two- to four-bedroom deluxe residences, half-floor penthouses, as well as duplex and triplex Sky Mansions. Each residence will offer bespoke features such as personalized wellness wardrobes and a range of amenities to promote residential health. Amenities include fitness facilities, an infinity pool, ice baths, a salt room, sound healing rooms, massage suites, indoor and outdoor cinemas, and a longevity clinic providing a range of services to enhance revitalization. The tower will also have a “Skydeck” with landscaped social spaces on the 109th-floor.

The development follows the successful partnership between Select Group and Six Senses for the award-winning Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai which signifies Six Senses’ first-ever standalone residential development.
Highlighted by Arabian Business, the project will be guided by the architectural firm WSP Middle East and Woods Bagot, with interiors designed by Mitchell & Eades. In addition, Energy & Space will provide health and wellness design strategies.
Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is currently at 25 percent completion and is scheduled for handover in 2028.
