As reported by Arabian Business, Danube Properties has unveiled the colossal Bayz101 in Dubai’s bustling Business Bay district. This massive development spans an impressive 101 levels.
Dubai’s Danube Properties has announced Bayz101, a giant skyscraper project in Business Bay.
Arabian Business reports that the 101-level megatall tower will rank as the fourth tallest structure in Dubai and one of only four buildings boasting over 100 levels, following the Burj Khalifa, Marina 101, and Princess Tower.
Upon its completion in 2028, the project is set to provide a total of 1,346 residences.
Bayz101 in Dubai
As per Arabian Business, Bayz101 marks Danube Properties’ 28th real estate venture, promising a blend of luxury and investment potential. With a sprawling built-up area of 2.1 million square feet, Bayz101 emerges as the developer’s most expansive project to date, both in terms of units and overall space, setting new standards for height and levels.
The development offers a diverse range of living spaces, encompassing studio apartments, one, two, three, and four-bedroom residences, along with retail options, catering to various lifestyle needs. Prices for studio units start at AED1.2 million ($327,000), with the project’s total development value surpassing AED3 billion ($817 million).
With a flexible 1% monthly payment plan, Bayz101 provides accessible funding options, making homeownership achievable for aspiring buyers. Arabian Business notes that Dubai, alongside Chicago, holds the record for hosting the highest number of towers with 100 floors, followed by Shanghai and Guangzhou.
